Wilfred S. Rattigan

Former Senior Executive (FBI)


Wilfred S. Rattigan is an attorney and former high-ranking FBI official with substantial experience in the areas of government investigations, national security, and international law.

FBI Career. Special Agent Rattigan served the FBI as a Unit Chief of the FBI Criminal Investigative Division in Washington D.C., as Unit Chief at the FBI’s Executive Office, and Acting Section Chief of the Transnational Organized Crime. Previously, Special Agent Rattigan was the Acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge (A/ASAC) and Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) of the nation’s largest FBI office in New York managing more than 500 employees from 42 federal, state, and local enforcement agencies including hundreds of investigators. In addition, Special Agent Rattigan led the FBI Offices at the U.S. Embassies in South Africa as well as in Saudi-Arabia as Legal Attaché. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rattigan served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the FBI office in Jackson, Mississippi.

In March of 1988, Special Agent Rattigan graduated from the FBI Training Academy at Quantico, Virginia. He is the principal of Rattigan & Associates, LLC.
